With the longer days and rising temperatures, the events landscape is also coming back to life in the coming weeks. This is the time to look ahead and explore options in good time.
At Mise en Place, there are some notable developments to report: 🚀 Innovation in onboarding and learning platform
Over the past year, Mise en Place has invested heavily in its team, leading to solid office staffing, permanent contacts and national coverage. Now the company is taking big steps forward in the area of job press.
Onboarding has been improved with Recruitee and a partnership has been established with learning platform MobieTrain to complement existing training courses. 🧑🍳 Substantial expansion of the kitchen
Under Josse’s leadership, Mise en Place’s kitchen team has grown to a group of 150 foodies in a short time. Working in Ghent since September 2021, Josse has now fully focused on the kitchen. With his experience as a chef and trainer, he is the right person to improve the level and capacity in the other cities.
If you or your chef needs help with simple but time-consuming tasks, be sure to get in touch with your contact at Mise en Place. Josse will be happy to visit you. 🎯Talent development
Thanks to Mise en Place’s coaching, leadership and empowerment training courses, many talents have been able to make the step to job coach or project manager. For instance, the company was able to train and bring together more than 100 JCs and PMs at the Team Day and Multi Power Weekend. This is a win-win situation as they are ultimately the driving forces that ensure the level of the event.
Mise en Place is delighted to share these successes and goes into May armed. Please forward your requests in good time, via email or Mise en Place’s Crew Planner, so that the company can quickly confirm even during peak times.
