The event industry is running at full speed. Everyone is busy organising the most beautiful and best events. Topical theme here is sustainability: many organisers have the ambition to make their operations more sustainable and reduce their footprint.
But how do you do that? What impact will this have on your budget and the experience of your visitors? What are the best practices and what solutions are available for the events sector?
Not surprisingly, sustainability is the theme of Festivak 2023.
On 22 and 23 November, you will learn all about how to successfully make your event more sustainable. Naturally, we will set a good example during Festivak. In this newsletter, we give you a sneak preview.
A sustainable trade fair
A sustainable trade fair means working with as many recycled materials as possible. This applies to the stands, the carpet in the stands and in the aisles, the badges and reusable lanyards. The catering has been adapted with more sustainable options and we work with as few plastic materials as possible.
Inspiring stories
The great thing is: Festivak is more than just a well-filled exhibition floor with interesting participants. Our content programme this year is also spectacular.
The full programme will be shared at the beginning of September, but within duress we can already share the first keynote with you.
Growing participant list
We already have a long, exciting list of participants for Festivak with an awful lot of solutions for your sustainable event.
More than 150 exhibitors have already signed up, and the counter is still running! A nice full field of participants offering sustainable solutions. Think food & drink, water, energy, (electric) transport and material and plastic use.
