Who is Nick Van den Broeck?

Born and raised in Mechelen, now living in Ghent. As executive chef of Château de Mirwart, he recently achieved 15/20 in GaultMillau.

Catering is not a new concept for him. He already has a lot of experience with high-end home cookings and wedding parties. Together with Repas Catering, he now wants to expand this even further.
