This summer, Autoworld colours tricolore, as Italian Fiat, the driving force behind the Italian car industry, turns 125. With ‘Fiat 125 Years: La Dolce Vita’, this will of course be put in the spotlight. With some 30 cars, an overview is offered of the finest Fiat ever had rolling out of the legendary Lignotto factory in Turin. From the magnificent pre-war models via the Toppolino and Cinquecento to the masterful Otto Vu and 2300 S. Naturally, a lot of time and attention will again be paid to the scenography, so that visitors will be completely immersed in an Italian atmosphere of piazzas, terraces and ‘the sweet life’. In doing so, a separate instagram corner will also know how to immortalise those impressions.
Among others, the following cars will be on display:
Fiat 3 1/2 HP – 1899
Fiat S57 14BIS racing car – 1914
Fiat Fiat 500A Topolino – 1936
Fiat Dino Spider – 1968
Fiat 600 Multipla – 1950
At the same time as Fiat, a second expo is being staged. With ‘Abarth 75 Years’, we are celebrating 75 years of Abarth with some 15 cars on display in the pop-up zone.
This exhibition is made possible thanks to the support of the Abarth Works Museum in Lier.
The link with Fiat may be obvious, but the other brands Carlo Abarth made faster are not forgotten either, as Simca’s, Autobianchi’s and Porsche’s will also be on display.
The following Abarth’s will be on display during the exhibition:
Abarth OT 1300 Scorpione SS – 1970
Abarth 124 GR4 – 1973
2300S Ghia Abarth
Fiat 131 Abarth
So two expos for the price of one, which will colour the summer at Autoworld Italian. Both expos will run from 4 July to 1 September.

Summer terrace and Mini-Olympiad
On the Esplanade of the Cinquantenaire Park, Brasserie Bagnole will also once again set up its summer terrace so that the atmosphere in and around the park can be fully enjoyed before or after visiting Autoworld, flanked by our very own Fiat Cinquecento, which will colour the summer in its festive livery.
Of course, the Italian atmosphere goes even further with a customised, Italian setting and a separate menu full of Italian delicacies
During the summer months, we also invariably have extra entertainment for the smallest visitors. Inspired by the Olympic Games that will be contested this summer, the Kid’s Corner will offer the opportunity to take part in a Mini Olympiad. After five tests, each participant will receive an ice cream to cool down after their efforts.
In addition, children can design their own Fiat and then project it into an Italian landscape.
The Cinquantenaire Park and Autoworld ready for 200 years of Belgium
In the run-up to Belgium’s bicentenary in 2030, Horizon 2030 is already inviting you to rediscover the Cinquantenaire Park and its exceptional museum collections and see the park from a new perspective.
Horizon 2030 will unfold a wide range of festivities and activities, in which the museums and collections will of course be highlighted, literally or otherwise. The Colonnade, for instance, will be brought right up to date with the opening of Tipi Cinquantenaire, a summer bar with stunning views over the park, while all kinds of activities are also planned for the Triumphal Arch. Autoworld will add a personal touch to the park from 25 July to 25 August by displaying a Fiat 500 in a container near the colonnade.
