Vinoscope is originally a wine shop that focuses on the import of new world wines (Chile, Argentina, South Africa, California, etc.) but has had brand-new premises since 2019 where it was decided to link an event & meeting location to it. Its ideal location near the R4 slip road, on the Industrieweg in Mariakerke – Ghent, makes it the perfect spot for corporate events & seminars.
“Because we are still relatively new in the event sector, we notice that companies often have trouble finding their way to our location. Also, passers-by often think we are just a wine shop. With this interactive virtual tour, we open our doors to both the wine shop and the event location, so that everyone can visit the premises online. People immediately get an impression of the various possibilities in our multifunctional plenary room as well as the 5 meeting rooms,” says Pieter-Jan Cordier , responsible for events.
For this virtual tour, Vinoscoop teamed up with Jens Van Lysebettens of Studio-J, a company specialising in photography, drone images and 360° virtual tours.
“The tour is interactive, visitors are welcomed by Christoph Bral, co-owner of Vinoscoop. He literally guides you throughout the property. The nice thing about this interaction is that one can also visit the wine shop, for example, and by clicking on the wines one will receive more info about the wine. It also gives a clearer picture of the different possibilities of our plenary hall. For instance, as you go further into the building, you will notice that the plenary hall constantly changes its set-up. This is deliberately done to also demonstrate the different possibilities of our multipurpose hall. ”
