The best chalets for winter events
This winter, Holiday Inn Brussels kicks off the festivities with 2 authentic wooden chalets in winter atmospheres! The main chalet, with a surface area of 200 m², will be complemented this year by an intimate mini-chalet, perfect for small groups. Overlooking Christmas lights, nature and, who knows, a bit of snow, the atmosphere promises to be both warm and cosy.
The main chalet is ideal for groups of 40 or more, perfect for a meal with friends, colleagues or family. The mini-chalet can accommodate up to 16 people around a large table, in a cosy mountain chalet atmosphere.

A selection of top quality meat and fish prepared on the teppanyaki, accompanied by a gourmet choice of individual side dishes. Optional: raclette, baked camembert and sweets to complete the experience.
Outdoor winter terrace:
2-hour aperitif from 35€ per person
2-hour aperitif with appetisers from 40€ per person
With sparkling wine and typical winter drinks, the terrace offers a unique atmosphere for a cosy break.
Indoor Chalet – Buffet formulas:
For a tailor-made event, several buffet formulas are available for up to 120 guests, each including a one-hour aperitif and an open bar with wines, Belgian beers and soft drinks.
Belgian buffet: specialities such as waterzooï, Flemish carbonnade and seasonal dishes.
Winter buffet: a selection of fish, game dishes and seasonal side dishes.
Alpine buffet: cheese and meat dishes for a gourmet mountain atmosphere.
