The thirteenth edition of the prestigious European Space Conference took place on 12 and 13 January 2021 in the Event Lounge. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers opted for a hybrid event, with presentations taking place in three fully equipped streaming studios. The sessions were broadcast entirely on a new online platform, allowing participants to listen wherever they were, with more interactivity. Some 130 speakers and 32 sessions were scheduled for this year’s edition!
The conference offered two days of high-level debates between key players in the European space industry on the most important issues of the moment, i.e.:
– Space in the European and National Recovery Plans;
– Secure public telecommunications in Europe;
– Resilience and critical value chains;
– Research and Competitiveness of European Space;
– Space and defense;
– Space applications;
– Digital transition;
– European New Space;
– Space Exploration;
– International cooperation and business.
