At the President Brussels Hotel, we believe that a strong, close-knit team is the foundation of excellent service. To strengthen this bond among our staff, we recently organised a team-building event that was both fun and competitive: an evening of bowling that brought out the best in all of us.
The event took place at a local bowling alley, where our team members showed off their skills-or in some cases, their lack thereof! The energy in the room was palpable as we split into teams and competed against each other on the lanes. While some colleagues seemed born with a bowling ball in hand, others were content to hit a few pins. The laughter was infectious and the friendly competition only added to the fun of the evening.
But the evening was not just about knocking over cones; it was about building stronger relationships. The fun we shared on the courts translated into a sense of camaraderie that will undoubtedly carry over into our daily work. After a few exciting rounds, we all gathered for a well-deserved pizza party. The pizzas, which were just as delicious, provided the perfect fuel for the conversations and shared stories that continued long after.
As the evening drew to a close, our General Manager took the opportunity to recognise the dedication and hard work of several team members who have been with the President Brussels Hotel for five years. These employees were presented with an award in front of their colleagues, a fitting end to a day full of team spirit, recognition and lots of fun.
