Since January, the old part of the Latin Quarter hotel has been completely renovated. The restaurant-brasserie occupying the walls of the Jesuit church celebrates its 30-year anniversary in May with a stunning new look !
During 4 months of major work, this wing has been completely modernised, with the installation of a cogeneration system for greener energy consumption and a complete reorganisation of the rooms for greater comfort.
The hotel has opted for careful decoration that combines naturalness and modernity. From the furniture to the decoration, everything has been designed to optimise guests’ comfort in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
New features include an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs at work.
Above the restaurant, the two floors of hotel rooms were completely reorganised to create 12 new, spacious and trendy superior rooms.
On the 4th floor, the “Palatin” seminar room has also enjoyed this facelift and will soon be available for successful seminars or banquets under the charm of the church attic.
