Having officially started in April 2023, they can say that this is the first real autumn at Vestar. For the past few months, they have been working hard to rent out the halls well this autumn. This by both already known clients and new clients. They remain committed to high quality & service so that guests can fully enjoy their event. It is good to see that quite a few clients come to Vestar for a second (or third) time.
Meanwhile, adjustments are also underway so that they can open two more rooms in the spring. These works are underway without any disruption to Vestar’s current operations. But it will have a big impact once the works are finished. So there will be extra toilets, a larger vestry room & a nice lobby on the ground floor. They are also planning a new meeting room with adjoining catering area and separate reception area.
They try to listen very carefully to customer feedback. Wherever possible, they try to make adjustments that respond to customers’ wishes. The main goal is that people like being with them and like coming back. To achieve that, it is very important that the team, the partners but also the building meet the demands and needs of our customers.
They are greatly looking forward to the busy autumn and the opening of the new halls in 2025. The Vestar team is ready for it!
