In collaboration with iconic alpine destination Val d’Isère, The Hotel will open the 25th floor for a unique experience in Brussels. With breathtaking views over the city, this cosy and elegant bar invites you to socialise in a mountainous atmosphere. The menu features delicious boards, specialities from the Vanoise, génépi and Moët & Chandon champagne.

From 18 November to 5 January, the Sentro Bar transforms into a winter chalet: a warm and festive space serving seasonal drinks from hot chocolate to special festive cocktails. A stone’s throw from the Winter Wonders Christmas market, this venue is also available for private events.

For New Year’s Eve, the Sentro restaurant offers a gourmet dinner for €135 per person (excluding drinks). The menu includes refined dishes such as creamy langoustines, foie gras ravioli, Wagyu with black truffle polenta and a chocolate dessert. Children’s formula (6-12 years): €39.
