WHY.
In “The War For Talent”, students of PXL University of Applied Sciences are in demand in the labour market. To maximise their chances in a first good job, the college wants to introduce this graduating talent to various companies, institutions and organisations.
The job event offers the opportunity to meet many different companies from various sectors in one place, on one day. The paired personal contact makes an interview proceed in a slightly looser and informal atmosphere.
OBJECTIVES
To introduce students entering the labour market to as large and diverse a number of potential employers and field representatives from different sectors as possible in order to establish contacts for possible future opportunities.
To stimulate networking and rapprochement between the business world and the programmes of our university with a view to possible cooperation in education, research and/or services.
