At MeetDistrict, every space is designed to serve a specific purpose. Our workspaces feature large desks with ample room for supplies and ergonomic design. We prioritise openness and spaciousness to create a conducive environment for the mind to work without restrictions. Lighting and colour studies have resulted in the perfect Kelvin, light distribution, and colour palette to support alertness and productivity.
Our MeetBoxes and EventSpaces feature warmer colours and luxurious lighting fixtures to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere for the free flow of ideas and discussions. These rooms are equipped with basic stationery and presentation screens to display project overviews and future bookings to help with time management. Shared spaces are similarly designed, with a lower Kelvin number, warm colours, and luxurious materials to create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
Serendipitous Encounters
We encourage Members to take calls in shared PhoneBooths and to enjoy coffee or lunch breaks at the MarketPlace. This is not only to ensure that each space serves its purpose but also to promote serendipitous encounters. The limited number of shared facilities at each MeetDistrict location creates an environment where Members can meet and potentially create new business opportunities or partnerships.
Digital-First Approach
MeetDistrict’s infrastructure is smart and digital-first. Almost every room at our four locations is linked to the MeetDistrict application, which provides access, serves as a booking tool, connects the screen of your MeetBox with your computer, regulates temperature and ventilation, and more. The app’s software is also connected to a Kiosk at the FrontDesk and an online ClientPortal, providing hospitality and admin support. The data collected by this smart infrastructure supports MeetDistrict’s sustainability management by monitoring energy consumers like light, ventilation, and electricity.

MeetDistrict is committed to overdelivering on the Belgian Codex for Well-being at Work, which consists of 10 sections on measures to promote workers’ safety and health. Our large windows create a physically open and dynamic atmosphere, and our carefully curated surface distribution over the various types of spaces guarantees the optimal use of each location.
