La Butte aux Bois, the 5-star superior hotel resort in Lanaken, is pleased to announce that it has become part of the locations for the new international thriller series “The Couple Next Door”. The series, produced by Belgian production house Happy Duck Films for Channel 4 and Starz, will be shown on VTM3 and VTM GO. The story, written by David Allison and directed by Dries Vos, promises to drag viewers into a world of suspense and mystery.

The series follows the lives of two couples who live next door to each other in a seemingly quiet neighbourhood, but it is soon revealed that dark secrets lurk behind closed doors. With an intriguing mix of mystery, romance and suspense, “The Couple Next Door” takes viewers on an unpredictable journey full of surprising twists and turns.
