La Rigue is Ready for a New Chapter – La Réserve Resort

When Bart Versluys and Marc Coucke took over La Réserve in August 2021, they announced three years of significant investment to restore the iconic hotel to its former glory. Today, we are proud to say that La Réserve acquired 5-star superior hotel status in July 2024.

Restaurant La Rigue has played a crucial role in this achievement. Under the leadership of Peter Goossens, La Rigue has become a culinary landmark in Knokke and beyond. Classic dishes are presented with refined elegance, featuring recognizable yet sophisticated details. This approach has been met with great success – every day, La Rigue welcomes dozens of new guests, while cultivating a loyal and returning guests.

For three years, Peter dedicated himself to elevating the restaurant to the highest standards. During this time, a strong and committed team was built – a team now ready to take La Rigue to the next level. With solid foundations in place, the team is prepared to continue delivering the exceptional culinary experiences and quality that define La Rigue.
