When Bart Versluys and Marc Coucke took over La Réserve in August 2021, they announced three years of significant investment to restore the iconic hotel to its former glory. Today, we are proud to say that La Réserve acquired 5-star superior hotel status in July 2024.
Restaurant La Rigue has played a crucial role in this achievement. Under the leadership of Peter Goossens, La Rigue has become a culinary landmark in Knokke and beyond. For three years, Peter dedicated himself to elevating the restaurant to the highest standards.
