The Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel, located on the Astridplein and opposite the historic Antwerp Central Station, reveals a new meeting concept!
From summer they will be launching a brand new meeting floor, called The Liv’In floor. An innovative and completely separate meeting floor equipped with 2 trendy meeting rooms, a lounge corner and sanitary facilities.
These Liv’In rooms are ideal for small group gatherings with a maximum capacity of 25 people. These are flexible spaces and can be used as 1 or 2 separate spaces, depending on the number of people. These spaces are ideal for small and dynamic trainings, brainstorm sessions, board meetings or virtual presentations.
The rooms are equiped with modern high-tech technology such as large LCD TV screens, video conference, digital flipcharts, meeting kit and a (fixed) boardroom setup.
The cosy lounge is a communal help-yourself space, that is yours during the day. This space can be used as break-out area and is fully stocked with coffee, teas, juices, snacks and fruits. Different kind of lunch items are available in the fridge. Make yourself a cup of coffee, grab a snack, some fruit or lunch from the fridge and sit down. Take what you want and when you want, it’s totally up to you!

The Liv’In rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel and therefore completely seperate. This entire floor can be rented privately.
Looking for a unique setting for a virtual event or online presentation?
Then The Liv’In rooms can easily be converted into ‘Studio Blu’, where you can host and broadcast a virtual meeting in a trendy setting. This in collaboration with one of the hotel’s permanent A/V partners, Audium.
