Event Lounge, near the centre of Brussels, offers space for events from 50 to 1150 people. The modern venue features flexible, trendy décor and state-of-the-art facilities, including parking for 150 vehicles and multiple charging stations.
Although the industrial character of the area was previously perceived as ominous, landscape architect Michel Delvosalle has transformed it into a green oasis.
In just two weeks, the area underwent a remarkable transformation, with asphalt giving way to green spaces with smooth lines and captivating visual perspectives. Delvosalle completely broke up the asphalt, dug deep to create outdoor green spaces and introduced undulating flower beds and granite rocks.
The car park was redesigned and wide tiles were placed at the main entrance. Large trees, including holm oaks, and climate-resistant plants were introduced, he designed ‘mobile greenery’ that can be moved as required. The result is a green oasis that transforms the industrial landscape into a vibrant, natural environment.
The transformation of Event Lounge by landscape architect Michel Delvosalle has breathed new life into the venue, making it no longer just a simple address, but a haven in the midst of the city.
With its carefully designed green spaces and majestic trees, Event Lounge offers unique experiences where nature and modern technology go hand in hand. Enter this enchanting world and be swept away by the magic of an oasis among urban asphalt and concrete.
