On 8 March, The President hotel explicitly recognised and celebrated all women who are part of its team, as well as all female guests

The history of Women’s Day dates back to the early 20th century, when women around the world began to stand up for their rights and fight for equal opportunities. Since then, the day has developed into an important moment of solidarity and empowerment for women of all backgrounds.

Although significant progress has been made in gender equality in recent decades, many challenges still remain. Women still face discrimination, violence and inequality in different parts of the world. It is therefore essential that we continue to strive for a world where women and men have equal opportunities and where gender equality is a reality for all.

On this International Women’s Day, we call for action. Let us work together to overcome the obstacles women face, break gender stereotypes and promote an inclusive society where everyone has equal opportunities, regardless of their gender. Let us recognise and value women’s contributions to society, and let us work for a world where all women and girls can thrive and realise their full potential.
