Together Stronger-concert for The Warmest Week – John & Jane

John&Jane is organising a Samen Sterker concert with Astrid Stockman and presenter Ella Michiels in Ruiselede church on 20 December 2024 to benefit The Warmest Week. As a company, John&Jane invests in sustainable entrepreneurship every day. That includes caring for society. ‘Together with our partners, we want to create connections and flame for all those who feel lonely,’ says managing director Katrien Vermeire. ‘Anyone who wants to support the event can still come forward.’

As a company, you are only as strong as the society in which you operate. When we hear that 1 in 2 Flemings sometimes feel lonely, it touches us. That’s why we at John&Jane want to support charity. How? By doing what we do best. Every day, we create added value, experiences and beautiful memories with audiovisual techniques for events. We now want to radiate those positive vibes – together with our event partners – for the benefit of The Warmest Week.

We tackle the theme of loneliness by bringing people from Ruiselede and the surrounding area together with the beautiful voice of soprano Astrid Stockman and the warm presentation of Ella Michiels. And all in Ruiselede’s cosily lit church. ‘The concert will be an accessible mix of classical music and contemporary songs, talked together by Ella Michiels,’ says Katrien Vermeire, managing director of John&Jane. ‘We want to tell a story through music and make people feel the connection they find in experience. We do this together with our event partners. Among other things, Piano’s Maene will provide the piano on which Astrid Stockman will tell her musical stories.’

Joint mission

What John&Jane, Astrid Stockman and Ella Michiels have in common? A passion for arousing emotions and connecting people. One with audiovisual techniques, the other with her impressive soprano voice and masterful piano playing, or with professional, heartfelt words.

‘You will feel the connection when you walk out of the church,’ Katrien adds. ‘Together, we are convinced that music and events can unite people and make encounters possible. This is why the theme of The Warmest Week is so dear to all of us. We flame together for all those who feel lonely, with a mighty fine dash of music.’

John&Jane is still looking for additional partners to lend their support to the event. All information can be found at the website.
