The sun is shining, so the events are back!
At V-Formation, they are therefore preparing for another well-filled event season, says Benedikt De Vreese (managing director):
“In 2021 and 2022, we more than successfully entered our ‘recovery mode’, although they were seasons without any new investments in terms of team-building concepts and/or inflatable attractions. That will change in 2023, in particular 15 new team-building concepts were worked out, and in terms of attractions there are wonderful (and unique) newcomers to rent this year. We’re back!”
Post-covid, V-Formation is even more convinced that the importance of ‘team dynamic activities’ within your company is essential. People are still feeling the aftermath of the past few years, and active work is needed in 2 areas to create a cohesive team indicates Benedikt: “On the one hand, there is a need for activities that focus on communication and connection, necessary to get back on the same page. On the other hand, you also need to dare to invest in specific fun concepts, which in turn must ensure that laughter can be had together! Work hard – play hard.”
For attraction rental, ‘experience’ is then again the most important factor, so everything besides the actual attraction is at least as important as the attraction itself. An example of this is that V-Formation puts on their animators – aka Professional Fun Providers – called funky / crazy costumes to create magic together.
