Vestar is the brand-new congress centre in the heart of Antwerp. BLUE MOON rolled up its sleeves and equipped the entire building with fixed audiovisual infrastructure. A challenging assignment that resulted in months of hard work and an impressive result.
The Pro AV department within BLUE MOON focuses on audiovisual total solutions. Today, efficient communication tools are more important than ever. Through its Pro AV Solutions service, BLUE MOON provides audiovisual installations tailored to every company and every demand. And so it did for Aula Invest and its Vestar conference centre.
When the request for a complete installation of a conference building arose, BLUE MOON was allowed to start with a white sheet. They advised the client on the best audiovisual choices. “During the audiovisual consulting, we looked at the client’s needs but also suggested some innovative eye-catchers,” states Gianni, project manager with BLUE MOON’s Pro AV team.
Technical plans were drawn up for the entire building. These ranged from an integrated auditorium to comprehensive conference systems for meeting rooms. Then BLUE MOON began weeks of installation and the plans were turned into reality. It is the combination between a strong audiovisual base and some impressive highlights that takes the conference centre to the next level. BLUE MOON’s production team is enthusiastically looking forward to putting their colleagues’ installations into practice. They have recently been supporting successful events at Vestar.
