With this in mind from now until the end of the year, booking conditions are relaxed to offer a smooth and easy process to confirm all events and giving ease of mind when booking Hilton Brussels Grand Place and Hilton Antwerp Old Town.

EASY TO BOOK
We will make it quick and simple with easy going terms and conditions. We require just one off deposit of 50% to secure your meeting. The balance is due upon departure of the group.
FLEXIBILITY
Change the date or time of your meeting up to 72 hours before your event with no charge*. Just email your event planner at the hotel to amend your dates.* Date change must be within 3 months of the original date
ATTRITION
We offer the flexibility to reduce numbers up to a total of 20% of the event contracted numbers up to 48h prior to the event arrival date.
SOFT CONDITIONS
If you decide to cancel your event at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, we will refund the full deposit amount. If more than 50% of the event delegates are unable to attend, we will refund the full deposit amount.
